What Counts as Land-Clearing Debris?
Distinguish removable vegetation from stumps, soil and heavy site material.

Brush, small saplings, branches and short logs can be reviewed by volume and size once clearing work is complete. Keep the pile reachable and visible.
Roots carry hidden weight
Root balls often contain far more soil than they appear to. Shake off loose soil where practical and show the root diameter and remaining soil in photographs.
Heavy material needs its own plan
Large stumps, full logs, bulk soil, rock and concrete can exceed ordinary hauling assumptions. List them separately rather than burying them in a vegetation estimate.
Access can define the equipment
Soft ground, steep grades, narrow lanes and overhead branches affect where a vehicle can safely travel. Give measurements and ground-condition notes before scheduling.
